- Warranty service repairs due to unexpected failure of hardware or software in the iFlight warranty period without the BNF drone being purposely or accidentally damaged by the user and shows no or only little signs of use.
- Service repairs that are out of the iFlight warranty period or BNF drone being accidentally damaged by user or external influence (water damage, wet grass, extensive heat, overload, crash, etc)
